Sales & Marketing / Account Manager – FMCG/Food, Supermarket, West (TAC)


  • Reports to Managing Director
  • Manage the supermarkets, wholesales & lower trade sectors
  • Accountable for delivering sales volume, profitablility, cost control and to meet target sales objectives
  • Build the selling capabilities of the Sales Personnel
  • Responsible for the development of new accounts and launching of new products to both exisiting new clients
  • Perform sales calls – lead follow up, qualifies leads, pre-call planning, research on customers’ background, travel to customer sites, gives presentations, negotiates the sales, close the sales, follow up with the customer after the sale, provide continuing after sales contract with existing customers
  • Establishes marketing strategies to meet brand and organizational objectives
  • Plan and execute product and marketing activities
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities with potential customersMonitor and provide market information, feedback on competitors’ activitiesMaintain an up-to-date Daily / Monthly Sales Report
  • Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing
  • 2 to 5 years with relevant experience in FMCG industry & supermarket sales
  • Can lead a sales team
  • Salary is negotiable depending on experience
  • Industry: Food / FMCG
  • 5-day work week
