Assistant HR Manager (Full Spectrum, Electronics MNC, East Area) (TMC)

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
  • Defining the retention and recruitment strategies
  • Provide guidance and advice to Managers on HR issues
  • Liaising with recruitment team on salary levels for existing and prospective staff consistent with organization market conditiions and policies
  • Provide support in Compensation and Benefits matters
  • Ensuring the maintenance of all employee data
  • Review and revise HR policies in compliance with the changing or new legislation
  • Developing personal policies, maintaining and updating policy manuals
  • Administering and keeping information on benefits and compensation packages

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Preferred with at least 4 – 5 years of relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • 5 days work week
  • Location: Bedok/ Simei
  • Salary: Negotiable
