Team Manager – (West / 5 Days / Engineering Co. / Contact Centre) (TSS)


  • Responsible to attain excellent service quality across the contact centre.
  • Work closely with Project Manager to analyse, plan and implement customer oriented programmes.
  • Assist to review all processes, identify improvements and make recommendations to improve the overall performance.
  • Responsible for the weekly and monthly reports relating to the project.
  • Location: West area
  • 5 Days work Week

  • Possess a Degree / Diploma in Customer Service Management or relevant qualifications
  • 5 years of related customer service experience in Contact Centre Management
  • Ability to identify service gaps and possesses capabilities to improve service levels through collection of data, analyzing trends, and making recommendations for continuous quality improvements
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Creative thinking with excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
