Shipping Admin Assistant (5 Days / Tanjong Pagar area / Logistics co.)(TSS)

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with agents and forwarders on freight rates and slot availability.
  • Handle shipping documentation for export shipment.
  • Liaise with customers and forwarders for shipment arrangement.
  • Manage inventories to ensure it is in place.
  • Responsible for monthly cycle count and annual stock-take process.
  • Control third party logistics (3PL) to ensure daily movements are smooth.
  • Handle clients and customers enquiries.
  • Assist the suppliers for supporting materials.

Requirements:

  • Professional Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics or its relevant
  • Prefers 1 – 2 years of experiences in administrative work or logistics related duties
  • Independent learner and able to multi task
  • Able to work in Central area
