Salary up to $4000,  Located in the Central/ EastArea 
Possess COPC Certification 
Responsibilities:
  • Achieves customer service objectives by contributing recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Establishing, preparing and completing action plans to improve and attain excellent service quality across the Contact Centre
  • Managing the day-to-day operations to meet client’s expectation.
  • In charge of making direct decisions on staffing, systems and operational needs of the Contact Centre.
Requirements:
  • Minimum a Diploma/Degree in business or related field
  • Prefer at least 5-8 years of related experience in customer service or Contact Centre
  • Possess Customer Operations Performance Centre (COPC) Certification or equivalent.
  • Prefers experience in dealing with IT requirements from a business perspective
  • Customer and service oriented with strong supervisory and project management skills.
