Sales Manager (5 Days / MLM company) (TSS)


  • Plan and execute training, events and activities to increase productivity of independent sales representatives
  • Work closely with independent sales representatives to keep up with current market trend
  • Participate in sales representative organized events
  • Work with Marketing team to develop and implement promotions and incentives
  • Create and give out marketing collaterals for promotions and incentives
  • Monitor and update such progress of promotions and incentives to the General Manager
  • Invite and contact overseas sales representatives to Singapore to conduct trainings for independent sales representatives
  • Conduct timely meetings and trainings when necessary to independent sales representatives
  • Support and assist in coordination of regional and worldwide events by liaising with overseas counterparts
  • Perform budgeting, costing and ticket sales analysis for events
  • Work with outsourced vendors for company training, events and activities
  • Work with overseas counterpart to align and develop best practices to be adopted for company’s development
  • Undertake any duties when necessary



  • Diploma, Degree in Sales & Marketing or its relevant
  • 4 to 6 years of experience selling in the Multi-Level Marketing company
  • Team leader who can lead a team and meet specific goals
  • Must be able to work independently and be extremely self motivated


Working Location: Central area, Near MRT station
5 Days work week
