Sales Executive (Spare Parts/ MNC/ 5 days/ West Area) (TMC) 


  • Liaise with existing customers on sales of spare and replacement parts
  • Determine replacement parts requirement according to customer requests, system installation documents, customer description of system malfunction, etc
  • Maintain good working relationships with existing and potential customer
  • Generating spare parts quotations
  • Process spare parts order and monitoring order status
  • Provide good services to meet customer’s needs
  • Clarifying technical specification of parts with customers & suppliers
  • Discuss commercial/ delivery terms with customers.
  • Develop understanding of parts sales history and market trends
  • Assist management with implementation of market penetration plan
  • Adhoc duties as assigned



  • Possess Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 -3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Proficient in window based systems
  • Able to travel frequently within Asia is required
  • UK MNC
  • 5 days work week
