Production Supervisor (Mfrg Industry/East Area/MNC)(TBB)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of operators/leaders to ensure smooth operation
• Fulfill daily production schedule with minimum yield loss
• Initiate manpower deployment if there is need to reshuffle
• Prioritization of models base on the urgent needs basis
• Impose discipline and safety on the shop floor
• Promote Safety awareness

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITE in Engineering with minimum 2 – 3 years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing environment
• Possess good interpersonal, team-building and supervisory skill
• Good communication and report-writing skill
• Proactive and process good problem solving skill

5 days work week (Monday – Friday)(Shift work: 8.00am to 5.30pm   OR   11.00pm to 8.00am)
