Production Engineer (Manufacturing Industry/Tuas Area/5 days)(TBB)

Responsibilities:

• Stabilization of production quality and yield improvement activities related to packaging/sterilization processes.
• Ensure all production to be conducted based on business risk perspective (sustaining engineering)
• Troubleshooting in daily production issues related to packaging/sterilization processes. Implement preventive measures, countermeasures, and investigations of problem points.
• To qualify and prepare reports related to installation of new process and /or new equipment and / or new materials and / or new products
• To ensure sustainability of production through end-of-life component management.
• To edit/revise/create artwork of packaging materials like IFUs and outer box
• To lead and manage change – coordinating the change and managing the documentation process

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (mechanical, chemical or microbiological)
• Experience in medical device is preferred
• Basic project management skill to lead/participate cross functional group activities (mainly consists of R&D, Manufacturing
• Engineering, Production, Supply Chain) for new product and process installation
• Experience in the use of Adobe Illustrator to update change
• Good verbal and writing communication skill
• Technical writing ability for relevant documentation including risk assessment, protocol and report
