Process Technician ( Electrical / PLC / Tuas / 12 shift work ) TJT 

• Chemical Technology Industry, Leading Manufacturer.
• Located at Tuas , transport is provided
• PLC and electrical knowledge is an added advantage
• 4 days work week from Mon – Thurs, 12 hours shift work

• Responsible for process technology equipment operation and safety
• Work to plan, analyze and control the quality of manufacturing processes.
• Provide training to team on processes and equipment operations safety.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and monitor the yield of extrusion.
• Troubleshoot problems with equipment and machines breakdown
• Provide production, progress, or changeover reports to shift supervisors
• Handle Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity.
• Continuously monitor all operations and processes to prevent and correct equipment malfunctions.

• Minimum a Nitec or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or any other related field
• Prefer at least 2 years of experience as a Process / Production Technician in a manufacturing industry
• Exposure in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and work place safety requirement is an added advantages.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and familiar with electrical systems.
• Able to commit to 12 hours shift work
