  • Responsible for providing daily secretarial and administrative support
  • Assist in scheduling appointment and meetings, coordination of overseas travel when necessary
  • Prepare and submit of expense claims form after overseas trip and administer the documents accordingly
  • Involved in full spectrum of activities (sending out invitation, confirm guest lists, logistics coordination etc) on the organization of seminars, and related functions
  • Administer of all documents on conferences, seminars and meetings
  • Organize of team building events for the team
  • Ad hoc secretarial duties (Preparation of Weekly Notes, Uploading of Lecture Notes for students etc)
  • Degree holder in Business Admin or its equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good team player and is an independent worker who is well-organized and is meticulous
  • Resourceful and can multi task
  • Possess good written and spoken communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
