HR Executive (West Area/5 days/Engineering) (TBB)

A business partnering role to the assigned business division, providing both operational and admin support that covers the full spectrum of HR functions with the exception of Payroll and Training & Development.



  • Regular employee engagements, from Division Heads to Rank-and-File employees
  • Manage and administer all paper and administrative work related to the entire recruitment & selection and off-boarding cycle, from initial sourcing to selection and on-boarding through to employees’ exit:
  • Review HR workflows and processes
  • Handle employees’ enquiries.
  • Administer work passes, including monitoring, application, renewal and cancellation of work passes.
  • Participate in recurring annual compensation exercises including Salary Review & Variable Bonus exercises, and any ad hoc salary reviews or promotions.



  • Degree/Diploma in HRM or related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR generalist or 1 year of HR business partnering experience.
  • Good hands on experience with SAP system
  • In-depth understanding of the Singapore Employment Act
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • A hands-on person who is positive, proactive and driven
  • Mature and able to work independently
