HR & Admin Assistant (Healthcare Industry/ 5 days/ Orchard area) TJY

Medical/ Healthcare industry
5 day work week/ Office hours
Location: Orchard (near MRT, with shuttle bus)
  • Provide support to Senior HR Executive on administrative matters
  • HR Letters (prepare employment related letters, confirmation, transfer, promotion, cert of employment, etc)
  • Work Pass Management (application, issuance, renewal, cancellation, etc)
  • Leave Management (data entries and update leave records, medical leave records, urgent leave, childcare leave, etc)
  • Administer Employees’ Insurance (new additional, renewal and termination)
  • Provide support in staff appraisal exercise
  • Provide headcount reporting
  • Process overtime payment
  • Create and maintenance of employer records in personnel files and HRMS system
  • Keep proper filing and housekeeping of all HR documents and records
  • Handle name tags issuance/replenishment and record maintenance
  • MOM survey
  • Help to organize staff teambuilding events
  • Attend to employees’ queries such as benefits, policies, etc
  • Any other ad-hoc HR and Admin support duties as assigned.
  • Diploma in HRM/ Business or equivalent
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant HR experience
  • Experience with any HRMS system is an advantage
  • Have strong knowledge in MOM Employment Act and Immigration rules
  • Good Verbal and Written English communication skills
