Helpdesk Engineer ( Corporate IT Support / Boon Keng / 5.5 days ) TJT

  • Permanent Role, IT Industry – hardware / software
  • Situated at Headquarters but required to travel on site when necessary
  • 5.5 days work week ( sat half day ) , Office hours
Job Responsibilities:
  • Providing user helpdesk support for IT software and hardware (PC/ Notebook and Server)
  • Investigate and resolve any problem and requests for support
  • Troubleshooting of hardware, software, network and system matters
  • Troubleshooting networking problem
  • Perform system and database administration
  • Travel to client site to support when necessary.
  • Minimum a Nitec/ Higher NiTec in Information Technology / Computer Engineering, Technology or its equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in helpdesk support or IT support
  • Proficiency in computer hardware, windows, networking system and data administration will be an added advantage
  • Is a team player and can work independently
