Front Office Executive x 2 – Perm and 1 Yr Contract, West area (TAC)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls within the defined Service Level Agreement
  • Identify Account
  • Through a line of questions quickly identify the customer needs, gather required information and formalize the request within SAP CRM 1Office system
  • Ensure immediate action by solving the request, create a RFQ for later follow up or assign more complex RFQ to Office Leader
  • Manage the RFQ list in CRM and release follow up on Quotations to external sales
  • Apply standard discounts, offers and pricing conditions according to defined sales policy
  • Advice standard product leadtime to customer
  • Handle general price enquiry
  • Update Customer Master Data

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration / Marketing etc
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in customer service frontline
  • Experience in SAP-CRM and ECC 6.0 are advantageous
  • Salary: Negotiable
