• Project Management:
• Assign and manage project reference for all projects
• Audit design drawings for value engineering and constructability considerations
• Coordinate and verify subcontractor proposals for all projects during the award stage
• Ensure compliance to cost report submission timelines
• Negotiate subcontractor deductions for project non-compliance and breaches
• Partner with Business Development during Client tender interviews
• Ensure compliance to Quality Assurance / Health & Safety Support requirements
• Incorporate constructability inputs from the Operations in design drawings
• Compliance to the timeline of design drawings for subcontractor tender
• Justify provisions and ensure prompt payment for individual projects
• Set an annual budget for management
• Submit project progress reports for the Group’s monthly management meetings
• Verify subcontractor proposals during costing
• Evaluate, approve and implement on existing procedures and processes
• Bachelor / Master Degree holder in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• 10 years of experience in the construction industry
• Regional travelling is required
• Good Analytical and communication skills
• Good written and negotiation skills
• Able to work with all levels of individuals
