Customer Service Officers- Call Centre, Central Area (TSS)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service experience by providing callers with accurate information and timely assistance
  • Ensure prompt escalations and case closures according to SOPs
  • Ensure accurate logging of enquiries and feedback to the call management system
  • Any other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level / ‘A’ Level or equivalent
  • 1 year relevant work experience
  • Pleasant personality with good telephone skills
  • Team workers who are enthusiastic, customer-focused and fast learners with initiative
  • Ability to communicate with clients.
  • Location: Central
  • Salary up to $2k
  • 5.5 work week, shift work
  • 3 vacancies
