Customer Service Officer/ Team Leader (Call Center/ 5 days/ Central) (TMC)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service experience by providing callers with accurate information and timely assistance
- Ensure prompt escalations and case closures according to SOPs
- Responsible for the implementation, review and improvement of all call center policies, procedures and service standards
- Track call volume, deploy essential maintenance services personal and reporting discrepancies and areas that needs improvement.
- Team Leader will need to provide training, supervise and manage the team of call agents and maintenance services personal
- Maintain good client relationship and submit monthly reports to clients
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level / ‘A’ Level / Diploma or equivalent
- 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience is preferred
- Pleasant personality with good telephone skills
- Team workers who are enthusiastic, customer-focused and fast learners with initiative
