Customer Service in Marine Shipping Industry
Located in CBD / Central area,
5 days work week, 8.30am-5.30pm
Job Responsibilities
  • In charge of responding to all enquiries of customers and clients promptly
  • Provide estimation of port charges and husbanding charges relating to a ship call
  • Follow up and obtain feedback from the customer
  • Ensure that all information required by clients is accurate
  • Track and monitor all enquiries in systems
  • Ensure all funding and credit terms are made known to the customers accurately
  • Monitor the receipt of funding from customers and actively follow up by sending reminders
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O Level / Nitec / Diploma in Marine / Shipping / Logistic or any related fields.
  • Prefer at least 1 year of experience doing customer service in the marine / shipping services industry
  • Knowledgeable in port operations and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook
  • Experienced in Pro Forma Disbursemebt Accounts
