Customer Service Officer (Front-Desk/5 days/AMK Area)(TBB) 

Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to customers
  • To assist with any enquiries via phone call or in person
  • Confident and able to perform reception duties
  • Ad-hoc duties and projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of customer service experience
  • Microsoft Office application skill essential
  • Good customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality and a good team player
  • Able to commit on weekends occasionally
5 days work week
