Customer Service Officer (AMK/Bishan Area/5 days)(TBB)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle front desk Customer inquiries
  • Answer customer service hotline
  • Ensure performance measures set for the section and individual are met all times.
  • Perform general administrative duties pertaining to work related.

 

Requirements:

  • ‘O’ level holder & above
  • Min. 1 year of relevant experience in customer service
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Possess good computer skills such as Microsoft Office and fast typing speed
  • Able to multi-task work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

 

5 days work week
