Customer Service Executive – Spare Parts, 6 Mths Contract to Perm (TAC)


  • Receiving inquiries from customers and agents in the regions
  • Generating spare parts quotations in SAP/Navision for installed machines and systems
  • Process spare parts orders and monitoring order status
  • Work with agents/HQ/colleagues to provide good services to meet customers’ needs
  • Clarifying technical specifications of parts with customers/HQ/Suppliers
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframe
  • Understand and discuss commercial/delivery terms with customers
  • Manage administration and able to response promptly to Customer inquiries and complaints
  • Customer service orientated, with competence to analyze and solve problems
  • Execute any other duties assigned



  • GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ level / ITE or Diploma
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • 1 to 2 years relevant experiences in customer service/indoor sales
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good customer service and coordination skills
  • Interest in accepting technical/product knowledge
  • Up to SGD 3500
