Customer Service Executive (Sales Support / Central West / 5 days)  TJT

  • 5 days work week, office hours
  • Salary from $2300 to $3000
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Handle new customer account set up and profile.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by overseeing the order processing and fulfilment of customers’ demand on their products
  • Ensure timely invoicing and follow up payment matters
  • Responsible for customers’ forecast/trends analysis, purchasing, shipment monitoring and inventory
  • Liaise with overseas counterparts and ensure order accuracy, timely shipment
  • Manage and liaise with third party logistics vendor managed inventory operation for customer demands
  • Provide post-sales support to aftersales team
  • Month end sales closing and reporting
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Prefer at least 2 years of experience handling customer service / sales support / administrative duties
  • No experience is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
