Customer Service Executive (Order Fulfillment/ MNC/ West Area) (TMC)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all enquiries from customer on order-related matters
  • Perform order management duties on an accurate and timely basis
  • Liaise with Planners and Purchasers to ensure delivery commitment is fulfilled
  • Coordinate with customers and finance department to ensure letter of credit compliance
  • Coordinate with team for packing, special marking, arrangement of fumigation and booking of shipments and prepare export shipment documents
  • Facilitate customers’ complaint to the Quality Assurance/ Store and follow up with corrective actions
  • Maintain proper update and filling of orders and shipping documents
  • Carry out other duties as requested by superior

 

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics / Shipping or equivalent
  • Preferred with at least 1 -2 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in SAP or order processing will be an added advantage
  • 5 days’ work week
  • West Area (Transport pickup at designated pick up point)
  • Manufacturing MNC
