5.5 days’ work week
  • Handle customers’ enquiries in a courteous and prompt manner
  • Manage customer expectations professionally and doctors’ schedules well
  • Manage customer dissatisfaction in a professional manner at all times
  • Handle payments and Medisave claims promptly and accurately
  • Plan and conduct customer centric surveys to improve service in meeting customer needs
  • Devise and implement ways to enhance process workflow& customer experience
  • Ensure customer database is up to date and keep track of customer profile providing timely updates to management
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer database
  • Allotment of screenings from event signups
  • Stock keeping of inventories
  • Deployment/Involvement of all Business Development events
  • Business Development reports (compiling of numbers and statistic for statistical analysis)
  • Other adhoc admin duties
  • O levels/ Nitec/ Diploma holder
  • 2 years of previous experience in customer service, sales or marketing field
  • Customer service oriented, proactive and resourceful
  • Possess positive attitude and passion to provide good customer service
  • Uniform provided
