1.  Corporate Governance
• Legal & Statutory Compliance
• Knowledge of ACRA, Singapore Companies Act & etc
• Annual General Meetings, Board of Directors’ Meetings & Directors Resolutions
• Minutes Recording and update of Company’s Records
• File Company’s Annual Returns, Conversion of Annual Financial Statements to ACRA’s Business Intelligence Reporting Software
2. Update documents and follow-up on queries
• J-SOXs Reporting to HQ
• Risk Management Reporting to HQ
• Internal Control System Reporting to HQ
3. Internal Audit of YAS
• Formulate total company audit plan/program for Singapore & Indonesia factory
4. 10% of Secretarial Support to Management
5. Ad hoc HR/ Administration Support to Senior HR Manager
  • Diploma/ Degree in Secretarial Support, Business Administration or its equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant working experience in the organization
  • Corporate laws and financial audit experience
  • Knowledge in Strategic business planning and strategic management
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
