Client Management Specialist – MNC, 5 days work week (TSS)


  • Maintain key liaising between customers and in house manufacturing support
  • Interacts with clients and translate customer / business requirements into deliverables
  • Work closely with all functional departments
  • Manage customer’s feedback and complaints
  • Suggest alternative cost-effective manufacturing methods, and materials in consultation with Purchasing, Manufacturing and Logistics
  • Meeting up with customer for better rapport
  • Work with various global modus entities
  • Advise customer on delivery schedule/inventory availability
  • Responsible to provide accurate business reports
  • Review and analyze periodically on overall sales positioning against budgeted sales
  • Manage inventory turns and monitor / forecast stock level accurately and liability borne by customer
  • Ensure prompt payment by customers governed by the credit terms
  • Pricing Knowledge
  • Keep up with the latest in prices of purchase components, e.g. Paper, diskettes, carton boxes, etc.
  • Review and evaluate existing pricing structure/model
  • Interact and if necessary meet suppliers
  • Attend department meetings
  • Communicate regularly with director and manager
  • Attend special training as scheduled


  • Diploma in Business or relevant
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, account admin or order admin
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics and manufacturing advantageous
  • 5 days work week
