Channel Business Development Manager (Base in Malaysia/5 Days/ IT Security Provider) (TSS)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sales of single sign on solutions, credential management and strong authentication through distributor and channel partners in Malaysia.
  • Work hand in hand with channel partner to engage and gain commitment from the channel partners to sell and promote company to their end customers.
  • Conduct partner sales training workshops together with channel partner, to enable the partners to sell effectively.
  • Regular follow up with the channel partners.
  • Be proactive and build rapport with partners by meeting with the end customers decision makers to identify and seek for opportunities.
  • Generate the interest and buy in for company.
  • Put together the tender proposal and close the deal with the channel partners.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the channels sales forecast and pipeline with our distributor and channel partners.
  • Ensure the partners are following up closely on the opportunities and working towards closing the deals.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Degree in Sales & Marketing, Computer Science or its relevant.
  • Prefers 3 to 5 years of experience in enterprise security software solution selling.
  • Prefers some experience in enterprise security solution selling with specialization in enterprise credential management, strong authentication and single sign on solutions or others such as siteminder (CA), passlogix (Oracle), gemalto, DS3, IBM TAM, NetIQ to end users.
  • Prefers pleasant track record in engaging and managing channel partners in a fast paced, multi cultural regional team selling methodologies.
  • Strong problem solving with good interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Self motivated, hardworking and driven individual.
