  • Develop and execute clear business development plans to achieve revenue & profit targets
  • Represent the company in a variety of sales activities such as sales presentations, events, workshops and other customer servicing related activities
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the Company’s products and services to provide customers with a complete portfolio of business solutions
  • Work with channel partners to drive sales of the company’s software products, solutions and professional services to new and existing customers across various sectors
  • Initiate and negotiate non-standard contracts
  • Perform function as a bid manager for tender submissions and negotiate non-standard contracts
  • Support senior management in the negotiation of potential partnerships and acquisitions to execute business plans and achieve corporate objectives
  • Maintain a good overview of the geo-spatial industry and its peripheral technology
  • Degree in IT or its equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience and good track record in IT solutions sales
  • Have prior experience in winning and managing large key accounts
  • Possess strong solutions sales and negotiation skills
  • Possess good initiative and problem solving skills
  • Well-developed organizational abilities, personal time management and keen attention to details
  • Strong oral and written interpersonal and communications skills
  • Candidate who possess knowledge of Geographic Information Systems and spatial technology concepts has an added advantage
  • May require overseas travel at short notice
