Business Development Executive (Learning Development/5 days /North Area) (TBB)


  • Develop business plans and sales strategy for the market while ensuring attainment of company’s sales goals and profitability
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Provide timely feedbacks to senior management regarding performance
  • Representing the organization at trade exhibitions and events
  • Provides timely, accurate and competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
  • Prepare and conduct proposal presentations to prospective clients
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • To prospect calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closing sales
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Project management and job recruitment/placement to your industrial partners



  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing or its equivalent
  • Prefer 3 years of experience in a sales related role
  • Sales Oriented, Sales Motivated
  • Possess good communication skill.
