  • Plan the Division’s annual budget, monitor its usage patterns and analyse expenditure.
  • Carry out annual strategic planning for the entire Operations/IT/School Division and to streamline activities according to the budgeted forecast.
  • Assist all team members on financial administration, tenders, quotation and procurement.
  • Organize the administration of the monthly operations meeting
  • In charge of all lease arrangement with government agencies and oversee rental payments
  • Oversee rental of school’s Lobby and Seminar Rooms for external partners
  • Work closely with Division Head in preparing the Operations Division in managing and adhering to ISO 9001:2015 standards and to submit prompt follow up to customer queries
  • Degree holder in Finance and or Accounting, Business Administration or Real Estate or its equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in assisting with financial administration and strategic planning
  • Experience in setting up financial related database for tracking funds
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, written and spoken are essential
  • Good IT skills and MS Office knowledge
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Analytical and meticulous with attention to important details
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders within and outside of the organization and a good team player
