Clementi/ Circle Line MRT (West Circle Line -10 mins walk only)
2 years contract. Renewable to permanent post after the 1st contract
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR related duties (excluding payroll)
  • Manage the recruitment process and work closely with hiring departments the hiring needs
  • Plan and review L&D initiatives by being actively involved in training needs analysis
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to develop and organize suitable training program for employees
  • In charge of maintaining training budget
  • Administer employees’ survey and analyze the HR statistics to improve on talent management etc
  • Prepare HR-related reports on a regular basis
  • Undertake ad-hoc HR projects
  • Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or its equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with all level of employees
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and SAP systems
