Assistant Facilities Manager ( Maintenance / 5.25 alt sat ) TJT

Various Locations available.
Building Industry , 5.25 days work week (alternate sat)
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Provide leadership to a team of staff to provide consultancy in facilities management services.
  • Reporting to General Manager
  • Responsible for facilities management strategy, policy and procedures.
  • Involve in handling procurement, costing, asses management service, health and safety, facilities management training and tender programme.
  • Manage building and landscape maintenance, environmental policies, workplace solution, space planning, cleaning, security, engineering and office services
Job Requirement
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture , Urban Planning or any related field.
  • Prefer with at least 3 years of experience in facilities management or engineering
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
