Administration Officer – 1 Year Contact, MNC, Central area (TAC)


  • Improvement of back office efficiency for investment dept.
  • Acting as a window for receiving investment applications
  • Confirming submitted details with business dept
  • Updating investment applications tracking sheet
  • Updating conditions of approval tracking sheet, and filing database
  • Archival and filing of investment applications in hard files and soft copies
  • Filing of investment applications and other relevant documents in hard files and soft copies
  • Email notification of approval notices to Business Units, Corporate Unit and other relevant members
  • Making hard copies and circulate relevant materials within Investment dept members.
  • Transmission of merger market report to the relevant members
  • Expense claims, business trip claims, Hotel booking, flight and car arrangement
  • Arranging any meeting and setting up the meeting for TV/Telephone conference
  • Support of compilation and assessment
  • Management of stocks on stationary, business cards, IT related equipment (PC, Phone, etc)
  • Correspondence with Business units or regional offices if necessary



  • Diploma / Degree
  • Able to use SAP system, Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Able to manage time well
  • Meticulous
  • 1 year contract, Mon to Fri Office hours
  • Multinational Company (MNC)
  • Office Location: Raffles Place / Tanjong Pagar
