Admin Executive, Fleet Operations (Automotive Ind./ 6 Months Contract) TJY

Well Established Co., Automotive Industry
Location: Queenstown area
5 days work week
6 months contract, able to convert to perm (depending on individual performance)
  • Provide daily administrative support for the department
  • Prepare and submit vehicle’s sales & purchase and LTA transactions, and vehicle transfer documentations to relevant parties
  • Liaise with internal departments to process timely payment and accurate settlement of any outstanding finances of purchased vehicles
  • Ensure Purchase Order details tally with invoices to make accurate payment
  • Data entry of up to date costing into the system
  • Prepare sales performance and vehicle aging reports on a regular basis to the management
  • Involved in bi-yearly stock taking activity
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Diploma/ Degree holder in any field
  • 1 – 2 years of working experience in the automotive industry handling vehicle documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
