Admin Assistant (West Area/ 5 days)(TBB)


  • Preparing & issuing of Purchase Orders to procurement department
  • Monitoring delivery status of purchase, follow up closely with procurement/vendors/suppliers in the event of urgent orders or non-delivery
  • Maintaining expense reports of all budgeted expenses
  • Send reminders to respective department on unused budget expenses in a timely manner
  • Responsible for consolidation and submission of petty cash claim forms to Finance department
  • Monitoring of inventory level for critical items
  • Participate in inventory management activities: weekly cycle count, monthly inventory count, non-delivery bi-annually stock take, etc.
  • Coordinating production schedule across production departments
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned



  • Minimum Nitec in Business Services or proven track record of handling multiple departments’ administrative duties
  • Good understanding of inventory control methods
  • Good command of English language
  • Intermediate computing knowledge. (Min: Power point, Excel)
  • Able to work under pressure and multitasking
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Candidate with working experiences in production function will be an advantage
