Accounts Assistant (Healthcare Industry/ 5 days/ Town) TJY

Well Established Company, Healthcare Industry
Town area, 5 days work week
  • Handle full set of accounts for subsidiaries within the organization
  • Preparation of timely monthly finance statement, variance analysis
  • Check and handle sales entry, book keeping and petty cash
  • Preparation of monthly management reports, bank reconciliations and quarterly GST submission
  • Administer documents for tax return when necessary
  • Involved in cash-flow forecast and budgeting
  • Ad hoc duties assigned
  • Diploma/ Degree holder in Accountancy or its equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in healthcare/retail industry
  • Versatile team player and can adapt to changes
  • Meticulous and is highly motivated
  • Experienced in accounting system implementation is preferred
